ERW Pipe UT

The AS200-E Systems inspect Electro Resistance Welded Pipe (ERW), including weld and HAZ inspection. The systems may be integrated as either online or offline inspection, and can be set up using a variety of ultrasonic configurations, according to inspection requirements and site conditions. Both static and moving inspection head configurations are available, to accommodate different site conditions and throughput requirements.

AS200-E System features include:

• Inspection of pipe diameters of 2” and up.
• Detection of longitudinal, transverse, and lamination defects.
• Measurement of wall thickness at the HAZ and on the welds.
• Integration with pilot line trackers.
